CEA State of the Detroit River Boat Tour 2019 Guest Speakers List Dr. John Hartig is currently a Visiting Scholar at the Great Lakes Institute for Environmental Research at the University of Windsor. He is performing interdisciplinary research on cleanup of the Great Lakes. John is the former Manager of the Detroit River International Wildlife Refuge and an award winning, Great Lakes author. Phil Roberts is the director of parks, recreation, facilities and culture for the Town of Amherstburg. Phil is also a board member of the Citizens Environment Alliance. | ||||||
